The Golden Globes are definitely one of the funnest times of the year in Los Angeles. Last night Logan and I ended up sitting next to Amy Poehler. She had won the award for Parks & Recreation, and it was about time after three nominations in a row! I am a big fan of Amy. These photos were taken at the Leonardo Dicaprio and P Diddy's after party (at the recently opened 1OAK in Sunset Blvd) as well as in the staircase of Chateau Marmont - the place where Amy Poehler chose to celebrate her own Golden Globes after party. I was wearing a vintage dress that was my mom's (RIP) and I honestly was so excited to finally wear it! I remember this dress, being super little and grabbing it from her closet, dragging it around the house because it was way too long for me. I imagined the day I would wear it and it made me dream. Yesterday was the day, these photos are dedicated to her, the woman I admire the most. I love you mom.
