    The Faberge Romanov necklace

Last evening Fabergé invited us to enjoy a beautiful dinner hosted by Liane Weintraub and Michael Head at the Weintraub's oceanside estate in Malibu. I am a very lucky girl as I got to wear the Faberge Romanov necklace that has everyone talking and I took home an authentic Faberge emerald with me. The evening couldn't have been better as the champagne they chose was Gloria Ferrer, which I am proud to be the Ambassador of. The room where the dinner took place was fully wrapped in beach shells, it was very beautiful. I leave you with some "behind the scenes" phone photos and I will be posting the event photos soon where you will see the La Perla outfit I chose to match the emeralds. My beauty secret for the evening was Lacreme Beaute Skin Revive, which I applied on my face to be radiant like a jewel (wink)!

    My favorites of the night:

Faberge is committed to the ethical treatment of the land from which the emeralds come from, building schools, giving employment, keeping the land fertile, and also giving back to the government.

You already know how excited I was to get to wear the Romanov necklace by Fabergé, and as promised here are the photos of the beautiful dinner and guests. I was wearing hoop diamond earrings, velvet dress by La Perla and sandals by Crisian and McCaffrey. Photography by Tara Kurobe.

    HOLLYWOOD HALLOWEEN

I always wanted to go to the Magic Castle. The problem being it's a members club only for magicians! And that just made me more curious. Luckily our friend Armando Yee was attending the Academy of Magical Arts and invited us. Grande Armando! He approached the book case at the hall and firmly said: "Open Sesame!" then the book case moved and that was the way into the castle. How cool is that! Inside, our favorite show was Suzanne's. And she picked me as her assistant for the show! It was so much fun and she was amazing, I still don't know how she did what she did... even though I was right there next to her. It had to be magic. Photos are not allowed inside the castle but we took these at the hall right by the magic book case, definitely a great Halloween experience!

    Magic Castle etiquette is strict:

Another great #Halloween plan is to spend a Lovecraftian movie night with films by cult horror duo Brian Yuzna and Stuart Gordon. I got to watch their movie Dagon at the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival that was celebrated at the Warner theater in Los Angeles. Dagon was filmed in Galicia, where my family comes from, a very mystical region of Spain. The movie captured precisely that in a very frightening way! They also did Re-animator,  legendary eighties genre movie; if you haven't watch it, do it, if you have, watch it again, and in the meantime let's hear (one more time, my fourth today) that amazing soundtrack!

  • 12/08/13--18:17: MIAMI ART BASEL LOOK ONE

  • SOUTH BEACH, MIAMI

    0 0

Gloria Ferrer teamed up with Conde Nast's Architectural Digest for the AD Oasis during Miami Art Basel at the James Royal Palm. Highlights were the Blanc de Noirs and the white Lacoste polos that the waitstaff wore! Attendees of the AD Oasis included Som Wardner, Joe Gonzalez, the Hilton sisters,  the Hopkins, Mark Cunningham, Shepard Fairey, and DJ set by the Misshapes. I was wearing Datura silk pants, top and shoes by Topshop, and borrowed biker. Pictures by Getty Images and my phone.
